What is the difference between our process and Sandblasting?
Vapor Abrasive Blasting is replacing sandblasting as the preferred means of removing paint, rust, corrosion, or contaminants from virtually any surface. Because our process mixes abrasive media, water, and air, the differences and benefits are numerous:
Our process eliminates up to 92% of the airborne dust
Our process will not damage the surface being cleaned or restored
Our process has no heat or friction build up……thus no warping
No harsh chemicals are used
Our process does not affect nearby workers
There is far less material usage and clean up than offered by traditional sandblasting
There is no EPA requirement to “envelope” the entire work site
